In the United States, there's a Federal statute against toilet and changing-room cameras, designed to protect people's privacy in circumstances where they would have a reasonable expectation of privacy.While not really the same thing, the photo he took in a public bathroom in a park in Seoul is rather interesting:
It would appear the intended subject is out the window, but he felt it was odd that no one in the bathroom said a word about it.
Either there is a pool through that window.. or.. well that's the only reason I could see someone doing that here...

He's setting the precedent in S. Korea. Does that guy also film students in school bathrooms?
