I discovered this site, which looks at the history of hockey in Korea. Such a history can't do without some photos, like the one below, of Canadian troops playing hockey in Korea during the war.
Man, their history is kind of all over the place. They focus far more on the foreigners than the Koreans. They complete ignore a tournament that's been around for decades, another one that went on for almost 50 years, the Asia league doesn't even get mentioned, or even the Korean league itself. No mention of the fact that a Korean team has been leading that pro league for the last couple years.
The closest they get to mentioning the K-league is that some pro teams were formed, and then, that's it.
